French Coffee Preparation:

• Add a small cup of milk to the coffee pot.
• Add two teaspoons of coffee per cup and stir on low fire.
• Add sugar to taste.
• Leave the coffee on the stove for approximately 3 minutes.
• Remove the coffee pot from heat immediately before boiling after bringing to a first boil.
