Turkish Coffee Preparation:

1. Add a cup of water to the coffee pot.
2. Add two teaspoons of coffee per cup and stir on low fire.
3. Add sugar to taste.
4. Leave the coffee on the stove for approximately 1 minute.
5. Remove the coffee pot from heat immediately before boiling after bringing to a first boil.
